I- USE:
A.  
'Have got' is mainly used in British English.
B.  
We use 'Have got' to talk about possession and belongings.
I've got a new house.
Has she got a car?
C.   We use 'Have got' to talk about relationships.
Have you got a girlfriend?
He's got three brothers.

personal pronouns I, you, we, they.
Ø  HAS with the personal pronouns he, she, it.
