1.1 SOME / ANY_With Exercises


THE USE:

We use any and some with countable and uncountable nouns.
We usually use some in affirmative sentences.
        E.g.: There are some pens in the bag.

We usually use any in negative sentences and questions.
        E.g.: Are there any messages for me? 
                No, there aren´t any.

1. Complete the sentences bellow using some or any:
a) I´m going to buy ______ sugar because we haven´t got _______ sugar left .

2.  Ask and answer questions like the example:
